Returns & Refund Policy

1. We pack all our products carefully so they reach you safely.
If your product arrives damaged, please send us photos of the item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We will help you with a quick solution.

2. Sometimes a product may not suit your home as expected.
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
If you want to return only some items, please mention clearly which ones you want to return.

     a) The return pickup will be arranged from your doorstep at no extra cost.
      After we receive the product and check it, you will get a store credit equal to the product value.
      Shipping charges (if paid during order) are not refundable.

      b) We may deny free returns if:
      Too many returns are made from the same account
      A previous COD order was refused at delivery

3. The returned product must be:
      Unused
      In original condition
      With original packaging and tags

4. In some cases, return pickup may be delayed if your location is not serviceable by our courier partner.

5. If your parcel looks opened or damaged before delivery, please record a video while opening it and inform us immediately.
If you receive delivery confirmation but didn’t get the parcel, contact us within 24 hours.

6. We use third-party courier services.
Delivery delays may happen due to courier issues, but we will always try to support you.

7. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after 4 hours of placing them.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If a COD order is refused, future COD orders may be restricted.
For prepaid orders, return shipping costs may be deducted.

8. Returns are usually processed within 7–10 working days after pickup.

9. Return requests must be approved by our team first.
Approval may take up to 48 hours.

10. Online orders cannot be returned to any physical store and are only eligible for return through our online return process.

11. After approval and quality check, you will receive a store credit voucher.
You can use it anytime within 3 months.

12. Handmade or decorative items may have small variations in color or texture.
These are normal and not considered defects.

13. Bulk or customized orders may not be eligible for returns.

14. We may deny repeated return requests from the same order.
